About us
Green Health Africa unites youth and experts to build climate-smart health systems. From cleaner healthcare to resilient communities, we turn environmental challenges into opportunities for a healthier, greener Africa.
Our story
Founded by a team of young health professionals and climate advocates. Green Health Africa was born out of a shared urgency to tackle plastic pollution, medical waste mismanagement, and the public health impacts of climate change. What began as a movement to raise awareness has evolved into a structured platform that delivers policy input, CPD training, community projects, and youth-led research.
Vision
To build climate-resilient health systems across Africa by empowering communities, advancing sustainable healthcare, and elevating youth-led action.
Mission
Green Health Africa exists to bridge the gap between climate and health. We mobilise young professionals, health workers, and communities to take bold, evidence-driven action at the intersection of environmental sustainability and public health.
